      Sailed onboard Chem Venus, Chem Taurus, Chem Polaris, and Chem Singapore leading a team of 15 multinational crew members as an operations manager. Responsible for maintenance and operation of machinery and managing and refuelling inbound oil cargo, to be used as fuel oil, worth over 1 million USD. Additionally, I performed engine room watch-keeping to optimize performance and fuel consumption to improve Ship Performance and KPIs. Sailed on board Chem Singapore to aid engine room personnel in optimizing ship operations to drive performance and deliver cargo to customers in various geographies. I conducted weekly HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality) checks on various lifesaving appliances and supervised teams comprising members of various nationalities such as Romanian, Georgian, Ukrainian, Indian, Filipino, Polish etc., on various retrofit projects.
