The Daily Analysis Report also includes the backup check of CRITICAL network devices of the client network, DNS health checks of the network devices of the client network, and finally CPU usage, bandwidth, and temperature of the network devices. Creating, modifying, and deleting an MRTG (Multi Router Traffic Grapher) page of a network site. We use PERL script to execute to create an MRTG page for different Locations. In the MRTG section, we draw & edit graphs showing how much traffic has passed through each interface, and creating, modifying, and deleting a WUG page of a network site, we use the SNMP community to create routers. Logging into the WhatsUp Gold server would be able to modify a defective router a firewall or any internet device. We handle Severity 2 and Severity 3 tickets regarding Network alerts (router down & firewall alerts), we do manual checks using WhatsUp Gold and send mail to Local IT, and follow up with them until the router is back up to normal state.
