  After 2 years in the direction of services at ZETHOS - SAP GOLD VAR, I took over the New Business and Solutions Architecture Department. I led the commercial team in pre-sales activities, performing needs diagnoses, modeling solutions, developing customer-focused presentations, demonstrations and building technical and commercial proposals. I led the closing of several businesses involving solutions of high added value. I worked at ZETHOS - SAP GOLD VAR leading the entire customer service area and technically supporting the commercial area. I've perfected the SAP deployment methodology, introduced acceleration tools into the projects, and built standardized solution proposals by business segment. This has brought gains in efficiency and cost reduction in SAP Business One implementation projects with positive impacts on prices and sales volume.
