      I was a student assistant who started as an unpaid intern due to a school project, later to be offered a position after having proved his worth. Struers develops and supplies laboratory equipment in the field of metallography to a multitude of industries. We sold a lot of consumables via our webshop, which I (among other things) assisted in promoting.Tasks and responsibilities:- Copywriter of body text and slogans to both external and internal use. This work got used in connection with e-mail marketing, newsletters, SoMe and drafts for product stories to our product managers.- Handling different types of media including videos for e.g. YouTube and having to rescale images and other graphics in InDesign. Furthermore, I have been a part of professional product photo shoots.- Setting up automated emails and tracking these through APSIS (software/CMS) as well as making presentations of the reports.- Segmenting through a CRM system (Pivotal) as well as ongoing help with SEO when needed.- Bigger projects which I helped the launch and maintenance of to various degrees includes the company’s initial social media presence, yearly industry fairs and its journey from physical to digital.       I was the primary contact person as well as communicator to the current and potential student members.Tasks and responsibilities:- SoMe activities, including creating posts, launching, and maintaining campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google) as well as website editing (Wordpress, Umbraco).- Analyzing data and statistics for marketing use and compiling these into presentations and such. An example was our monthly member statistics, which I also always presented to a Board of Directors.- Arranging agreements and meetings with both the current and potential business partners. Examples included graphics professionals, universities, and our partner a-kasse. Additionally, I was in charge of setting the framework and accepting the terms/products/deals etc.- Other than SoMe campaigns, I was also in charge of launching and maintaining smaller-scale projects.
