  Master Thesis: Application of Euro 6 OBD diagnosis linked to Common Rail Injection & Exhaust Systems.Objective: Developing dynamic models for Euro 6 On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) components to calculate In-Use Performance Ratio (IUPR) and analyze vehicle measurements with respect to exhaust system diagnostic functions.Results:▪ Learned the fundamentals of Euro 6 emissions and OBD norms, Bosch OBD components andtheir diagnostic functions.▪ Matlab Simulink models developed to analyze vehicle measurements for Oxygen sensor (LambdaSensor Universal). 40% faster analysis of LSU diagnostic functions.▪ A standardized internal Bosch tool developed using Matlab Simulink models to calculate IUPR forLSU diagnostic functions.
