  This role involved coaching young footballers (aged between 5-11) via leading 1 to 2 hour sessions weekly. This required me to call on my 18 years of experience within football to construct exciting and purposeful training sessions for children of differing ages with differing needs. Therefore, this allowed me to improve my organisational skills by organising sessions, improve my public speaking skills by delivering the sessions to up to 40 children and my leadership skills by leading a group of coaches that worked to carry out my sessions in smaller groups.
