  Senior Project Manager

  As Senior Project Manager, I am in charge of leading several Data Science and Machine Learning projects, including end-to-end software development, for different industries such as Wealth management, finance, banking, insurance, FMCG, and healthcare.Management of proprietary product development teams, outsourcing teams, staff augmentation, client management, and account management with clients in the US and Latam.I manage and oversee the development of software applications, internally leading the work with architects and technical leads to ensure best practices around software development are applied, meeting project milestones, and achieving organizational and client objectives. As part of product development, I have developed myself acting many times as a Product Owner and Business Analyst in the product development area.In terms of operations and delivery management, I am responsible for customer and account management, collaborating in the definition and approval of SOW, and participating in sales meetings with several customers in the US and Latam. And participating in the follow-up and assurance of service levels with our customers.As part of the Management team, I constantly interact with architects, technicians, C-Level of the company, and clients. I also have the responsibility of designing the development team and growing the engineering department by hiring and developing engineers within the existing team. Show less
