      Assist with product extensions of sport events at the University of Delaware. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to stubbing tickets, checking credentials, and operating scoreboards for various sports.For 2016-2017 academic year, responsibilities were expanded to include arena operations. This included event floor setups, stage setups and breakdowns for concerts, and reception setup and breakdown.

      Preparing and assisting with all on-court activities occurring before the opening tip-off, throughout the duration of the game, and post-game. I also participate in t-shirt tosses and pumping up the crowd. For the 2014-2015 season I took on extra role as the Mascot Handler. Responsibilities included interacting with fans to maximize their mascot experience, taking and handling photo requests, and ensuring that kids would not tug and pull at the costume. I also had to make sure that the mascot reached all of the group visits and was on-court for all of the activities. Show less

      Responsibilities included pulling content from outside sports news sources onto the company platform, building websites using a preset template, and completing group projects assigned by upper management. Groups had to present work to upper management and compete against each other. I was assigned a task with a few other interns to compile a database of contact information for every public high school athletic director in the United States.

      My primary responsibility was assisting in all areas of ballpark promotions, including, but not limited to running the batting cage for fans, dressing up as a mascot and interacting with fans, and helping with on-field events during the game. I also worked as an Operations Intern, where I learned about everything that needs to be done to set up the ballpark before a game and take down everything after a game. While I worked on the operations team, we had to plan and set up a corporate party for 2500 people, and take it all down after the game was over. I also spent a few games with the sales team selling 50/50 raffle tickets. Show less

Responsibilities included securing and confirming vendors and contractors for the tournament, preparing security and evacuation protocol, and on-site setup of tournament. Additionally, I worked with the National Park Service on an Incident Management Team to help prepare for unforeseen events. My primary responsibility on the team was controlling and solving safety risks during the tournament.

Forecasting ordering, invoicing, and inventorying beverage products for all premium events at Fenway Park.Full range of oversight for all Warehouse operations, including setting staffing levels, effectively managing labor hours, and progressive disciplinary action for all employees under my supervision. Oversee concessions warehouse operations which include verifying transfers of product from warehouse to stands, daily spot checks on inventory, and logging liquor bottles for tracking.Directly manage day shift warehouse staff of 9 employees as well as 8 night shift employees on event days.Responsibilities also include assisting the premium beverage room with inventory control and supporting special events. As part of a rotational supervisor program, I have taken ownership of multiple shifts in the logistics department including the overnight picking shift, trade returns management, brewery trailer unloading, and coordinating with our central team at HQ in St. Louis to route our daily last-mile deliveries.
