      We explored the "Role of the Glial Niche in Regulating Neural Stem Cell Fate." This project focused on the cut homeodomain transcription factor in the third instar larvae of Drosophila, particularly its role in regulating cortex glia and its influence on neural stem cell homeostasis in the thoracic ventral nerve cord (tVNC) of the central nervous system, using confocal microscopy for visualization.
