Hardworking and dedicated, we are committed to delivering an outstanding service to our clients and during my leadership of the region have seen growth in the client portfolio as a result. To drive a focus on exceeding customers’ expectations, I have worked with my staff to create goals and I ensure that I recognise the efforts of the people who work hard to achieve these. We have a fun team environment, but one where we actively work to deliver excellence and continuously focus on improving service and systems. Keeping my people safe is of utmost important and I have embedded strong health and safety practices through Toolbox meetings. I have also led the team through the implementation of a new software system in the business, going through the training with staff and working with the team to ensure this is being used on a consistent basis.
