Its educational program is based on a total immersion program.Duties During my permanence in this school I was in charge of subjects like social studies, ethics and philosophy for students of high school. I was also the director of some grades such as seventh and eighth, guiding students in the way of better achieve their goals.

      DIAIS is a subsidiary of DynCorp International here in Colombia in charge of supporting the American Embassy with the Plan Colombia Helicopter Program as well as the Eradication Program. Duties To create and carry out the English and Spanish program in both conversational and technical aspects for non-Spanish speakers and for local personnel.  To assure that all personnel of the Company (500 employees) are duly registered in the healthcare Colombian system. To coordinate the performance appraisal process, training managers and supervisor in the adequate way of handling this process.  To do all dully contracts renewals and modifications as needed for North American personnel as well as local personnel.  To carry out all the process of hiring new local employees, give them dully training regarding all company’s and HR policies.  To carry out all the training program regarding ethics and occupational health. Achievements I created and implemented a language course online with different modules in both technical and conversational English and Spanish for local national as well as non-Spanish speakers. I transferred around 500 employees between healthcare companies when our Company changed its business name. This was done in a record time assuring that everyone was enrolled without losing the benefit at any time.  I acted as Human Resources Generalist advising new employees and achieving all HR processes on time. I kept an accurate accountability of all employees, rotation of American Personnel, validating days off, vacation periods, and sending the novelties to payroll.       DIFZ-DynCorp INC provides aviation, air operations and logistics solution in support of the American Embassy operations around the world.Duties To keep 100% accountability of all personnel of the program in Afghanistan (2,500 employees) having into account rotations and deployments.  Lo lead the team in charge of the database and software for human resources.  To review and settle vacation periods of employees who leave the program. Advise directives about actions and reactions to acts of indiscipline and performance issues. To lead the performance assessment process and coordinate contracts renewal. To be the point of contact for implementation of company’s policies, procedures and contracts.  Handle and inform the employees about company’s benefits and contractual obligations.  Supervise all actions related with deposits and deductions of taxes.  To lead the training program in different aspects of HR processes and the language program.  First point of contact between the Company and new employees. Achievements I created a new database in the intranet that improved accountability of all employees and reduce considerable the time organizing employee’s rotation, vacations and turnover. I included the Performance Appraisal process in the database in order to keep an easy access to them from different forward Operation Bases in both Afghanistan and the United States. I performed a diagnostic of the Human Resources processes of the Program in Afghanistan that resulted in the saving of time in assigned tasks.  I implemented an effective way of communication between managers, and supervisors regarding the Company’s legal policies and facilitated a quick access to them, reducing in 50% the number of complain and ameliorating the work environment.  I guaranteed the precision of vacation and leaves payments along with other employees’ benefits before passing these novelties to payroll.
