  Vice Project Officer at Psikologi untuk Negeri (PuN)

  PuN is a community service-based intervention program that focuses on the field of education. This year, PuN will carry out mental health interventions in SDN 01 Serua, Depok. PuN focused on developing mental health in three intervention target groups, such as students, parents and teachers.• Led a team of 20+ people and 100+ volunteers to carry out mental health interventions in SDN 01 Serua, Depok.• Created and implement 7 onsite intervention in SDN 01 Serua and 12 onsite school assessment near University of Indonesia.• Partnered with students majoring in Creative Advertising, Vokasi UI, on creating 3 psychoeducational videos for the intervention fields.• Created and implement goal plan for assessment field division in PuN.• Supervised the Research and Development division in conducting assessments of new areas and taking study data.• Supervised Publication and Documentation Division in making PuN branding designs, interactive content.• Performed staff recruitment for the 2023 PuN, work in group together with Research & Development and Publication & Documentation Division.• Assessed 16 staff candidates by administering an online interview.   Gerakan UI Mengajar is UI's largest community service initiative, addressing Indonesia's education challenges (discrimination, tolerance, and sexual violence). This year, we're in Lampung, emphasizing formal teaching and preventive interventions.• Created the Grand Opening of GUIM 13 as the Person in Charge with an average satisfaction score of 9/10 and achieved a 3x increase in participants compared to the previous year, with total of 170 participants.• Managed all aspects of pre-grand opening activities, including researching ideas, coordinating guest invitations, developing event content, collaborating between divisions and creating a rundown.• Partnered with external stakeholders such as Kemendikbud Ristek and Indonesia Mengajar to raise the issue of inclusive education.• Held the position of Project Lead in Sumber Jaya Village, Lampung for a month.• Led and supervised a team of 20+ individuals, ensuring close supervision oversight of 8+ duties.• Created content and conducted 3 informal classes covering topics such as discrimination, tolerance, and sexual violence.
