  -I am good at Energy and Mass balance calculations.-I have saved 100 tones of steam consumption per month and also 800 KW /day electricity of the plant. - Working on commissioning of a distillation system for morpholine plants including packed as well as tray columns.-Working with process technicians to resolve issues with production and processes.-Able to do process calculations manually as well as using process simulator.-Have knowledge of Reciprocating compressors, Vacuum pump, centrifugal pumps, Rotary pumps, PE &Shell, and tube heat exchangers. And I am able to eradicate the problems related to the process.-Troubleshooting for the plant operations. -Preparation of PFD- Preparation of P&IDs- Mass and Energy Balance- Line Sizing and Pump Hydraulics.-Have knowledge of the compressor surge control system and a hydraulic surge in pipelines.-worked on PSA of hydrogen in the Hydrogen generation unit.-Have fundamental knowledge of process design with the help of Aspen Hysys and DWSIM.-I have practical knowledge of problems that comes on the field during production/process.-I have done all the process calculations related to the plant-like line sizing .energey balance, material balance,selection criteria for the process etc.And solved some problems to make process more stable.- Monitoring the plant of Morpholine production from DEG and ammonia in the presence of hydrogen. Capacity 20 MT.-Have experience of operating a reactor with Exothermic reaction as well as distillation columns on the DCS system. Plant capacity 20MT.-Have knowledge of the Hydrogen generation unit from the methanol and water with a 4500 NM3 capacity. Show less
