This involved the perusal and advice on related commercial leases, renewals, assignments or subleases and subsequent drafting of new documents- Advising commercial property owners, developers and investors on planning and resource management issues affecting their properties or proposed activities including dealing with Local Authorities in resource and subdivision consent applications- Negotiation with banks over mortgage terms and security for development- Experience in the incorporation of client’s companies and the subsequent registration of trademarks- Drafting of documents for clients who wish to restructure their business as a Trading Trust Show less
