  Critical Skills Operator

  As a Critical Skills Operator with MARSOC I have served a myriad of roles that have advanced me into leadership billets within the team. Some include assistant operations chief and senior enlisted site lead supporting the expansion of our Area of Operations. Key Achievements:- While acting as interim Team Chief, coordinated and executed MSOT tasks for deployment, participation, and redeployment of joint exercises with the 160th SOAR at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM).- Acting Team Chief for the planning, development, and execution of expansion of a new team site in support US and partner relations.- Taught, coached, and mentored all Marines under charge while serving as the Element Leader for Marine Special Operations Team (MSOT) 8121 during training and overseas operations.- Provided subject matter expertise of all matters to training, developing, and managing partner force capabilities in support of US and foreign relations. - Assisted in development of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in order to provide and teach quality and sound training for the MSOT.- Provided training as the MSOT Mortar Leader during company supporting arms exercises. This included direct/indirect lay with a variety of ammunitions coordinated with additional fires during day and night iterations.- In the absence of the Operations Chief and Team Chief, planned, coordinated, and executed live fire training during company Unit Assault. This included integration of a mortar gun line during live fire night assaults with combined arms and maneuver elements.- Developed, refined, coordinated, and supervised advanced demolitions and direct action techniques for company training.
