  -Facilitate sessions of Namibia's education system to trainees. -Review Language training documents including training designs, texts evaluation, needs assessment results etc.-Facilitates the development of the language and cross-culture component with the LCC, Homestay Coordinator (HC), Programming & Training Assistance (PTA), Training Manager and other staff members.-Conduct and efficiently respond to regular evaluations of language and cross-cultural, as well as technical training.-In collaboration with the Language & Cross Culture Coordinator (LCC) and other Trainers, develop goals and objectives for all language –training sessions and develop appropriate training materials to implement each session.
