  Job responsibilities:• Developing master project schedule and WBS and get approval of project team• Prepare and update resource loaded L1 to L4 project schedule on monthly basis using MS Project/Primavera P6.• Fortnightly circulate forthcoming scheduled activity to each dept. so project team is attentive about their deadlines and meet project contractual milestones of project• Prepare project progress report with following details: - Summarized project dashboard- Updated schedule with forecasted dates in Primavera P6/MS Project.- Engineering, Procurement & Construction “s” curve- Gate status- Resource deployment plan- Key performance index derived by Earned value method i.e. SV & CV , Schedule performance index (SPI) and cost performance index (CPI)• Preparation of Project Cost Report and Cost variance report • Monitoring project cost baseline and calculate ETC (Estimate To Complete) & EAC (Estimate At Completion) using bottom up calculation for critical goods and Engineering cost forecast by EVM (Earn Value Method).• Conducting risk review meeting and update Risk register• Timely intimating if any risk is envisaged in terms of time & cost, so same can be transferred/share/mitigated at appropriate time.• Supporting Change control board for change order approval/rejection.• I practice 360-degree communication by Monthly meeting with internal stakeholders and Video conference with client, PMC & construction manager to convey pending approvals and front availability • Prepared Billing Break Up for progressive invoicing.• Prepared deviation statement regarding time extension and price variation claims and get change order.• Looked after commercial aspects like advance payment, stage payments, progressive payment, bank guarantees, Invoicing, opening / extension / enhancement of LC and insurance intimation.• Assessment of Penalties/ LD, delay analysis & approaching for recovery and final taking over certificate/contract close out document.
