   Comply with the company policies and procedures. Inspect construction or other activities to identify potential hazards and advise workers the risk factor involved with the particular activity and corrective measures to adopted. Daily inspection of the site to indentify hazards associated with the work, if any and initiated appropriate measures to overcome them. Assistant in the production of safe system of work and procedures that may be required for specifics tasks or operations. Ensure that, the toolbox talks are being conducted daily and any deviation that have been identified the previous day are projected in the meeting to avoid recurrence. Report unsafe act and conditions and initiate corrective action. Assisting in preparation of JSA/WMS. Conducting and participation in job safety meeting.. Report and investigate all near miss, incident, accident and indentify the root cause and take necessary steps to eliminate dangerous and recurrence. Coordinate first aid, rescue and emergency services. Ensure that the safe working practices were adopted for the following activities like rigging operations, erection of the pre casting elements, erection of the equipments, excavations, underground working, working height, scaffolding, concrete pouring, blasting operation, spray painting, welding, cutting, grinding, confined space entry, electrical safety, manual handling etc............. I closely monitor all activities carried out and toolbox meeting is conducted in the morning on a daily basis prior to the work. Observation report is raised where ever necessary. Incident investigation and reporting environment control and monitoring, human resources management, inspection of scaffolding etc are carried out when ever necessary. Show less
