  As a Research Engineer at Hyundai motors, I worked on End to End Product development as Part In-charge of the Exterior Trims of Hyundai vehicles. I Exercised product development of Wheel Guards and mudguards for mentioned projects using CATIA V5 to check engineering aspects of scratch Design given by the Designer and to make it feasible for modeling to produce the actual part.I Coordinated & collaborated with part suppliers by providing the drawings of the fixed design and getting the design modelled and molded to real production parts as per company norms.I Worked on the Windchill Product Lifecycle Management tool throughout product development.I Coordinated with counter-part teams to avoid clashes and assembly issues through mutual discussions and then provided requirements to the Designer to modify the design.I Managed sub-ordinates by assigning work with stringent deadlines and frequently conducting Knowledge transfer sessions to impart domain-specific knowledge.
