Co-designed “Shift Happens…We’re Ready”, an interactive change leadership program. Instituted the Learning Applications Model and initiated the concept of “Listening-Learning-Leveraging" to reinforce this model. Implemented Health Imaging’s cultural integration strategy to support the acquisition of the Imation Medical Imaging Business.• Designed “Facilitator Certification Training” to deploy “Shift Happens…We’re Ready” in 4 languages to 2000 employees across the worldwide business. • Documented global organizational development metrics which were tracked by the Worldwide Employee Development Advisory Board.• 50% of reported individual development actions included applied learnings.• Simplified and improved the quality of voice mail communications by deploying the “Say What?” campaign across the global Health Imaging business.• Led the Communications Advisory Board.• Participated on the Acquisition Team which integrated Imation into the HI Business and led the change management and culture initiatives to support this transition.• Developed and led the execution of the strategic plan to drive the corporate expectation of 40 hours of training and development per Health Imaging employee in a year. Applied the ADDIE Model (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) to produce training including HFA Overview, Philosophy of Service, Professional Competencies and Understanding Substance Use and Abuse. Project managed the development and launch of Supporting Positive Outcomes, a self-directed on-line repository of videos, websites and reference materials that replaced 2 days of classroom training.
