In the last five or so years, promoted to senior leadership roles as Director, Operations & Solutions and Director, Properties & Facilities Management—high-profile, client-facing roles with full P&L responsibility for dozens of enterprise-level clients.Select critical contribution:● Client service consolidation. Managed the regional consolidation of five sister logistics companies. Identified an issue with the profitability of a warehouse facility supporting multi-client logistics. Devised and implemented a plan of redress; performance managed the team and process.
