Promoted repeatedly to positions of progressively greater responsibility, including roles in program implementation, solutions development and supply chain innovation. In the last five or so years, promoted to senior leadership roles as Director, Operations & Solutions and Director, Properties & Facilities Management—high-profile, client-facing roles with full P&L responsibility for dozens of enterprise-level clients.Select critical contribution:● Client service consolidation. Managed the regional consolidation of five sister logistics companies. The results: Turnkey execution and startup with people, processes and systems in place with no operational disruption.● Turnaround leadership. Identified an issue with the profitability of a warehouse facility supporting multi-client logistics. Devised and implemented a plan of redress; performance managed the team and process.
