  Worked with executive team to design, develop, and test machine learning models to improve readership of research papers. During this time, I built developed the algorithms that allowed the organization to mine natural language, analyze content of the paper, and judge the overall quality of the paper. This process evolved into developing another algorithm during this time that used past papers to predict the future success of incoming papers with a high degree of accuracy and very broad domain application. Extensively used Python, Jupyter Notebooks, SQL, Excel, and Tableau. Responsibilities also included researching and recommending experimental techniques that could improve the model. Show less
