  Provided private lessons to middle school through high school students on Saxophone and Clarinet. Students are met weekly and study repertoire and techniques within a 30 minute - 1 hour time block.

  Texas Jazz All Stars

  Jul 2021 - now

  TeJAS College Intern

  I lead the saxophone section of the TeJAS (Texas Jazz All Stars, formerly Keller Area Youth Jazz Orchestra) through sectionals of college level repertoire during the students' school breaks. The students gain valuable skills playing in a big band saxophone section, as a jazz musician, and as a saxophonist that they are, then, able to bring back to their school's bands as well as through their TMEA All-State auditions.

  Marching Field Tech

  Instructed the saxophone section at Bowie High School during their marching band summer training. Sectionals included daily six-hour direct instruction over technique, show music, and overall musicianship.

  Private Instructor of Saxophone

  I teach private lessons to a studio of both middle and high school saxophone students on a weekly basis, fostering growth on their instrument, musicianship, and theory. In addition to private instruction lessons, I am also under obligation of running sectionals for the middle school and high school saxophone sections per director discretion.
