   Preparation of WPS/PQR  Conduct Fit up, Weld Visual, Dimensional inspection Monitoring and Control, before, during and after welding activities. Monitoring and Control the Welding Parameters as per WPS and Owner Specification. Witnessing and verification of weld procedure tests and welder/welding operator Qualification tests. Welder's continuity record maintenance and preparing of Welders Performance/ Qualification Records. Planning the welding activities, Preparation of preliminary welding specifications and maintain constant contacts with project team & Client. Preparing the NDT request and co-ordination with NDT subcontractors. Review the RT films and storage properly after Ill Party and Owner reviewed. To undertake verification of welding machines to ensure equipment meets job Requirements specification and provide verification of electrode baking and holding temperature including control and issue. Witnessing the hardness test, review of PHWT charts, NDT activities Visual inspection of panels after completion of welding, inspecting the Butt-welds in tubular products Preparation of welding/ QC documentation for client. Familiar with international codes and standards such as ANSI, ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, ISO. Have Knowledge in fabrication of injected straight enclosure, Elbow clamps, Containers and ASME pressure vessel. Ability to inspect fabrication of pressure vessels and their maintenance. Oilfield equipment manufacturing & repairing (API product), Different types of Valves (API & ANSI), BOP, Pump/rotating equipment etc. Carryout Coating Inspections such as visual, adhesion and thickness measurement to international standards requirements. Compile Initial & final inspection report including photographs of equipment. Raw material inspection of castings, plates, flanges, pipes, fittings & machining components etc...
