Proactively assisted the proposal lead in directing a proposal team of 15 people, tracking development of all proposal sections, and coordinating internal technical and cost reviews. •Manage subcontracts ranging in size from $10,000 commercial service agreements to $386,000 international firm fixed price subcontracts, including Indonesian domestic subcontracts for warehousing and distribution services. •Succeeded as acting director for the GHSC-PSM in Indonesia and GHSC-PSM in Burma projects for one month.
