      'Allocate HealthRoster' specialist in an e-Rostering team which has recently been expanded in the wake of the Carter Review. Primarily responsible for reviewing roster set up with user areas to ensure:- Demand and establishment settings (type and number of shifts, start/end times, grade/skill requirements etc) are current and correct.- Roster rules are current and appropriate.- Personal roster patterns have been reviewed and formalised.- The system is set up to use the above information and settings to create safe, effective and efficient rosters with minimum administrative overhead on the users.- Users are fully trained to use the system and are aware of relevant reporting functionality that will allow them to identify and quantify rostering issues, thus helping them to deliver a safe and cost-effective service.- Any issues which might pose a threat to service (patient care and safety) or budget are highlighted to users, along with possible solutions where appropriate.
