   I collaborated in the team meetings proposing improvements, based on best practices and my experience of the organization and users, to the processes and procedures that we would execute in the satisfactory scope of the project objectives. In the first phase of the project, I executed more than 400 hardware replacements, specifically on laptops, for users at the bank's headquarters. This represents about 25% of the total population. In this phase I stood out for the consultant with more executions and with more positive surveys received, this because I focused as always on user satisfaction and ensuring a transparent and smooth change. In the second phase of the project, which is in progress now, I have executed more than 650 hardware replacements, specifically monitors, for users at the bank's headquarters. This represents about 33% of the total population. I executed the ticket attention of first and second level specialized technical support requirements. Resolved hardware and software incidents. Here I apply all my knowledge and skills as Troubleshooting. Run assistance and orientation programs to inform and guide users in the use of new hardware and applications. Update the Inventory of Hardware and Software Assets in ServiNow.
