  - Elaboration and Management of Complex Offers, including Tenders and Budget Offers;- Planning and computerized management (in the SAP information system) of the orders in Company Prognosis (Third Party and Group orders that fall within the company economic plan);- Initialization/planning/monitoring of the Bid phases and activities;- Participation, in support of the PM, in risk assessment activities, together with the other sectors involved in the preparation of the offer;- Work with PM, Finance and Sales in the activities of collecting the estimate data from the other sectors, necessary for the pricing;- Analysis and critical evaluation of the estimate data received, both internal (corporate organizational units involved) and external (various suppliers), including time schedules and risk/mitigation data;- Consolidation of offer estimates, with estimation of any additional costs (including inflation costs) and necessary provisions;- Calculation of the sale price and critical analysis of the results obtained (pricing activity), with determination of the profit margin and revenues (according to the Group guidelines and in compliance with the rules and criteria established by the Finance Department or dictated by the Company Management) ;- Study and definition of the configuration of the offer in terms of content and form, according to the company directives/sales strategies and in combination with the expectations/requirements of the Customer;- Processing of the text of the economic offer;- Support to the Bid Management Manager in the organization and coordination of the Price / Offer reviews meetings by the Company Management and/or the Boards of the Group if provided for by the process;- Formal issue of the offer to the Customer (or through the Sales Department);- Preparation of tender documentation (legal, legal, administrative, economic);- Support to the Sales department for commercial aspects, in all stages of negotiation with the Customer.
