Prior to this position, I worked in the Asylum and Appeal Processing Unit of the Immigration and Nationality Department of the British Home Office in Croydon, Surrey dealing mostly with asylum applications and appeals case files. I now help in processing visa applications to the UKBA and also lodge appeals and represent appellants at the Immigration Tribunal and other courts within the United Kingdom.
