      Q-O2 is a structurally subsidized workspace for experimental contemporary music and sound art since 2006 and has its own space in the Brussels canal zone. The workspace developed out of the contemporary music ensemble Q-O2. Creative Europe honored in 2014 the project 'Sound of Culture, Culture of sound, a European Sound Art Residency network. Q-O2 is the leading organization. Recently, in 2016, 'Interfaces', led by the Onassis Center in Athens, has received a grant by Creative Europe. Q-O2 is one of the partners in this project about audience development.Main tasks related to Soccos project:- Assist artistic director and her team with the daily administration;- Assist artists in residence with the development of artistic production and related logistics;- Assist with event production (document and promote Q-02 concerts, workshops, artist residencies related to electronic, experimental music and sound art);- PR (write regular blog posts for soccos.eu, distribute related materials to project partners and artists, collect questionnaires and reports);- Act as archivist: manage the production and distribution of video/audio documentation of events, residencies, workshops.Reporting directly to artistic director.       Founded in 2016, the "Wissen - Sammlung, Archive & Forschung" department isthe collection of the ZKM, the archive, the library, the media library andthe laboratory for antique video systems. Thecollection contains a worldwide unique collection of computer-based worksand installations as well as video art. The archive, consisting of theinstitutional archive as well as the estates of artists and theorists, important to the history of electronic arts. Ina did research in Sound and Media Art Archive at Media Art and Contemporary Art Museum and was invited to work as Curator's Assistant for International International Sound Art Curating Conference Series (ISACS17), event which comprised: Sound Art installations, Keynotes and Performances. Main tasks:- Act as a mediator between curator, artists and different departments of the ZKM;- Assist curator in meeting with installation artists, liaise with artists and their representatives via email/phone/in person;- Collect technical descriptions; coordinate and arrange rehearsal schedules with the Event Department and technicians; books and prepare rooms;- Communicate technical details to the Exhibition department, arrange installation preparations, schedule setting-up and breaking of installations; - Logistics: organise and coordinate related transportation (drivers, trains, taxis), order and pick up items needed for the display of the installations; arrange artist arrivals/ departures;- Collect receipts, report budget to Accountant and Exhibition department; - Arrange interviews with artists and Video department; document installations;- Present artist at the conference; arrange audio recordings of the performances, document; distribute documentation;- Arrange communication materials together with Communication/Event department ( E-Flux, posters, for online promotion, FB), issue contracts, invitations for the artist coming from abroad, translate documents.       ECIA or The European Council of Interior Architects is the representative body for the European professional organisations in Interior Architecture and Design. Founded in 1992, ECIA currently represents 18 member-national organizations, with over 16000 professionals, Interior Architects/Designers.In 2022 ECIA has been awarded a grant by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Commission to support a project over the next three years (May 2022 - April 2025). The project is called Building on Connections for a Stronger Profession (BCSP).
