      In this role I provide a support role to all UK terminals to comply and continually improve the company's Management systems based on:BS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management SystemBS EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management SystemBS EN ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.I manage and perform scheduled internal audits throughout the UK at Upper Tier COMAH sites, which include legislation and ISO accreditation related compliance assessments whilst also ensuring Operational processes are being carried out as required.My role requires me to prepare, monitor and review company policies and procedures including the safety management system relating to Health, Safety Environmental & Quality matters.I also provide a liaison role with customers and external verification third parties during terminal assessment visits and provide statistics to affiliated associations.I carry out Administration responsibilities for the internal Document Management System and Electronic Reporting System, and have an "Expert user" status which enables me to deliver any system training needs.I provide monthly Quality related reports and also support collation of monthly Sustainability KPI’s to the Business Unit and In consultation with terminal Safety Managers and the UK Senior Management Team, develop, monitor and report on the annual UK safety, health, environmental and quality plan.
