Products I support include BelI 206, 222, 230, 407, 427, 429, and 430.I frequently lead customer training and support for helicopter operations, as well as develop comprehensive technical documentation, including Technical and Alert Service Bulletins. I am also accountable for administration and forecasting of an $11 million budget. Achievements:-Collaborated on Product Support Plan for Model 417, serving in a critical role for EIS process. -Sustained positive relationships with clients through online, telephone, and onsite communications, including travel throughout Canada, the US, China, Brazil, India, and Singapore. -Coached Pro Pilot Magazine #1 ranked team for after-sales support annually. -Represented company during global Maintainers & Operators conferences and selected to provide technical briefs. -Rehired to Bell Helicopter after three years with other companies from position as Avionics Technician, serving until 2000 building, maintaining, and troubleshooting prototype helicopters through certification.
