  Marion is the Founder & Executive Director for Inside Out Club DuPage. Inside Out Club DuPage's (IOCD), mission is to develop kids with character inside and out. IOCD empower kids ages 3-12 to live life with good character on the “inside” – being brave enough to ask questions, showing grit and resilience, allowing others to belong unconditionally, embracing their authentic selves, choosing kindness, etc. – and on the “outside” – caring for themselves, others, animals, and the planet. IOCD's curriculum is unique as it combines social and emotional learning (SEL) with nonprofit volunteerism and community engagement. Marion Ruthig founded Inside Out Club DuPage as a way to educate community members about local charities and inspire the to volunteer.
