  Teaching Intern

  As a teaching intern at an NGO, I was given the opportunity to work with underprivileged students and provide them with a comfortable learning experience. My goal was to create a safe and welcoming environment where students felt encouraged to ask questions, engage in discussions and feel confident in their abilities.To achieve this, I prepared supplementary materials sourced from various online platforms to support students who struggled with the curriculum. These materials not only helped students to better understand the course content but also enabled them to practice and apply the concepts in real-life situations.Furthermore, I employed a personalized approach to teaching by tailoring my methods to suit individual learning styles, making sure each student had a unique learning experience. This approach also helped me to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each student and provide the necessary assistance where required.Throughout my time at the NGO, I also took on additional responsibilities such as developing and implementing lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and providing feedback to parents. I worked collaboratively with other teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment for the students.Overall, my role as a teaching intern at the NGO allowed me to hone my teaching skills, work with underprivileged students, and gain a deeper appreciation for the importance of providing a comfortable and safe learning experience for all students.
