      Employed as a Field Service Engineer installing automation systems on printing presses. The complete planning, execution, calibration, acceptance and training were part of the responsibilities for each installation. This all under extreme time pressure as news papers are never late.

      Creating an effective integrated knowledge management strategy for Customer Service to enable the CS field organization to perform and excel. Introduced new upgrades and machine-types into the field from a project leader point of view.My focus was on arranging intro support and CS NPI Knowledge Management. For the introduction of the NXT, I arranged on-site support during the first shipments. Supported the start-up of new ASML offices for new ASML Customers in Japan. My Focus was on implementing the standard way of working and effective escalation procedures.Helped to introduce several new machine-types and upgrades into the field from a technical point of view. Joined the System Install Engineers group. Became technical expert on Twinscan platform. Worked as a 2nd line generalist in Nagasaki supporting the PAS systems of a Japanese customer. Opportunity to experience culture differences in way of working. More specifically learned to apply Japanese structured way of working into ASML day to day activities. Installing PAS 5500 systems. Joined the Lens Swap team, after several installations. Analysis and correlation between several sub-models and machine behavior.
