I knew the overall industry would have a great demand for administrators that would be needed for this big influx of patients in need of care for both Substance Abuse and Mental Health Treatment that was not allowed for them before they had insurance and the insurance they had from their employee based plans needed to have parity built into their policies and allow for treatment for preexisting conditions of which both substance abuse and mental health are long term conditions that can take decades to surface.
