  Mechanical QC for the New Satellite Plants Water Transmission System (NSPWTS) Projects of Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC) along the Red Sea coast (Haql, Duba, Al-Wajh, Ummlujj, Al-Lith, Qunfudhah cities, and Farasan island) where the water will be transferred from the RO plant to the new terminal tanks. Each site contains different sizes of steel tanks, laying several kilometers of carbon steel pipes with various diameters, pump stations, electrical buildings, and site development works. The total project amount is 770 million SAR.Role Description:- Inspection and Supervise the erection/installation of mechanical work such as Valves, Pumps, Overhead Crane and Monorail system, Firefighting system, HVAC system, pipeline, station piping and flanges, Internal and External coating of pipes, etc. - Review all contractor submittals related to discipline addressing method of statements, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Approval of material, Schedules, and compliance with project objectives. - Supervising & monitoring site executions keeping in view Company/Client process assets, technical specifications, BOQ, the scope of work, and specified standards.- Monitoring and checking site installations to ensure their adherence to the drawings and specifications.- Review the project schedules submitted by contractors and follow up the actual progress.- Make sure that all mechanical site inspections are carried out as per intervention points marked in the approved Inspection and Test Plan.- Reply Request For Inspection (RFI) and Material Receiving Inspection Report (MRIR) to the contractor.- Prepare Site Observation Report (SOR) and Non-Conformance Report (NCR).   Riyadh Metro Project with Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) - Line 4,5 & 6.The project consists of the following:Line 4 consist of 28km Length (4km tunnel, 7km at grade, 17km Viaduct, five elevated stations, two underground stations)Role Description:Directly responsible for site progress & supervision to the mechanical systems at Riyadh metro project as the following:HVAC system, Firefighting system, FM200, Draining network, Domestic water, Transfer pumps, Booster pump.- Attending site meeting.- Organizing and managing technical review.- Review technical material submittals related to discipline addressing method of statements (MOS).- Review Inspection Requests (IR) and Material Inspection Reports (MIR) & Test Plan (ITP).- Make sure that all mechanical site inspections are carried out as per intervention points marked in the approved Inspection and Test Plan.- Review the mechanical workshop drawing, As-built drawing and Redline drawing to QC Department.- Prepare mechanical snagging list and punch list.- Attend testing & commissioning.
