  My current position has allowed me to expand my knowledge into technical support and data management. In this role, I provide system support, maintain vendor and customer master data, and developing it through various robotic process automations. My proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and RPA has allowed me to leverage technology and drive efficiency in various tasks. As a Financial Specialist, I was responsible for executing accounts payable payment processes, investigating discrepancies in a very complicated cases, and testing D365 version updates. This role provided me with a deep understanding of financial management processes, as well as the ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and collaborate with various team members. I gained valuable experience in financial management, working with general ledger settlements, franchise-invoicing, and retail customers' money returns. In this role, I was responsible for managing purchase invoices and forward charging, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records. I also collaborated with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any issues related to payments, invoices, or returns.
