  In my role, I worked directly with the owner, architect/engineer, and subcontractors to process change orders, submittals, and RFIs; review progress billings; evaluate changes in scope of work to the base contract; resolve field constructability issues; and manage the project quality plan.Projects to date:META - Menlo Park Community Center, Menlo ParkNew 38,000-sq.-ft., 2-story building, including a senior center, gym/exercise areas, locker rooms, pool, youth center and library. Project also includes site and infrastructure improvements. LEED Platinum.META - Burlingame Interior and exterior renovation of a 5-story, 126,420-sq.-ft. building. The projectwill require a full demolition of MEP equipment and infrastructure, carpet,ceilings, interior partitions, and restroom cores. LEED Gold certification.GOOGLE - Moffett Place Building 6 TI, Sunnyvale, CA. Project scope of work included a 285,600-sq.-ft. tenant improvement of an eight-story office building on an occupied campus. LEED Gold.JAY PAUL COMPANY - 1 W.
