Project also includes site and infrastructure improvements. LEED Platinum.META - Burlingame Interior and exterior renovation of a 5-story, 126,420-sq.-ft. building. The projectwill require a full demolition of MEP equipment and infrastructure, carpet,ceilings, interior partitions, and restroom cores. Project scope of work included a 285,600-sq.-ft. tenant improvement of an eight-story office building on an occupied campus. LEED Gold.JAY PAUL COMPANY - 1 W.
