The purpose of the work is to supervise and share good practices of critical processes to increase the maturity of the companies on those themes. The results of assessments and supervision of the action plans are formalized with the leadership of the Bank and the C-Level of the companies periodically. This work has been a model of governance with the affiliates for the whole bank.- Restructured the process of KPIs of Santander's affiliates taking into account the relevance of them and Santander's possible actions. Developed new reporting models for the leaders of the affiliates, VP of T&O Brazil and it’s directors and is the responsible for this monthly process.- PMO of Cyber Security initiatives and projects in the affiliates. Some of the work includes: assessment based on the NIST framework, assessment to prevent ransomware attacks, implementation of homologated services of cyber security, follow up of vulnerabilities and others. - Member of the GMC’s Engagement Group: participated in the analytics group, studying the results of researches, created dynamics in order to discuss work flexibility and coordinate the GMC Talks: group sessions with one manager with employees from different teams to increase connections within the group.- Organization of Events: responsible to organize the T&O Ecosystem (semestral meeting with the leaders of T&O and the C-Level of affiliates to present projects and discuss innovations), organized two events with cloud providers and local visits in the affiliates.
