Led to open branches in Lao Cai and Bac Ninh. Upgraded Mong Cai sub-branch to branch.Managed to open tons of sub-branches in nothern provinces.

  - Support General Director to connect information and manage the child companies (including Aloe Vera - Solely distributor of Forever Living Products USA, Lien Hoa Travel, Forever Green Resort, Lien Hoa Trading). - Take part in the project "Building ERP for Aloe Vera Co., Ltd" which manages and optimizes the company's resource. This system helps to exploit the strength of hundred of thousands distributors all over the country. - Contribute in building, recruitment and training for Forever Green Resort in Ben Tre province. - Lead to analyze the new projects of the Group. ERP project has been successfully established in the first 3 steps: Defining the target and making plan - Deciding the solutions and suppliers - Synchronizing process and data. The last two steps which are Testing and Training are in progress. Forever Green Resort is the first five star resort built in Western of Vietnam and will be grand opened in the first quarter of 2013. The conference rooms and other areas have been fully booked by many companies abroad. Show less
