  Accountable for all facets of Health and Safety for over 5000 workers spread across the Americas, on land and offshore in 4 different countries. I had the ultimate objective of keeping the 5000+ workers safe from harm and caring for the environment while driving consistency and performance improvement.I improved the performance in our highest risk areas of driving and electrical/gas line strikes. Scores from our monitoring tech improved from 72 to 90% while the deployment rose from 68% to 100%. Line strikes dropped significantly with new controls while incident investigation improved greatly leading to improved learning and corrective actions. Show less
