Received the 25 contract award for writing 25 contracts in my first 12 months as a Production Recruiter as well as the 50 contract award for writing 50 or more contracts in my first 24 months as a Production Recruiter. I also received 4 bats (writing 5 or more contracts within a month). There were numerous months throughout 2010-2012 that the Recruiting Station Commander would contact me directly in the last week of the month and asked me how many more applicants I could send down range after my station had already made mission for the Month but the RS still hadn't completed Mission and in every instance I responded with 3 or 4 applicants to write a bat (5 contracts in one month) Show less
