  • Assists in coordinating with all departments in collating contract requests and requirements and arranging maintenance support services through the use of Contract Requests and Service Work Orders and obtaining technical support and drafting of bidding documents and examining all contract documents from various end-user Sections and Departments.• Verifies contract documentation, ensuring clarity of the Scope of Work, project deliverables and time frames are in line with the business objectives while timely managing maintenance of information and records of all contracts with the supervision of Contracts Engineers.• Sends Expression of Interests (EOI) to all prospect bidders/contractor companies, follow-up and compile records of interested participants in the tendering process.• Prepares Invitation to Tender (ITT) and all tender documents such as finalized Scope of Work, drawings, Design General Specifications (DGS), procedures, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and other necessary documents and sends them to bidders/contractor companies.• Coordinates site visits and follow-up on submission of Technical and Commercial Bids by bidders.• Communicates and maintains contact with bidders/contractor companies for any Technical and Commercial Clarifications.• Arranges and schedules opening of bidders’ Technical and Commercial Bids with the Technical Bid Opening and Commercial Bid Opening Committees.• Prepares the awarding of Service Work Order and Single Source contracts through Faxes of Awards and Service Requisitions.• Assists in coordinating with the Supply Chain Division in facilitating the timely renewal, extension and awarding of existing and new contracts for all support services through preparation of Contract Amendments.• Coordinates with the concerned Maintenance, Operations and all concerned departments for scheduling of turnaround/shutdown, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) shutdown audits. عرض أقل
