I also provided one-on-one assistance to students, helped with classroom management, and supported students with special needs or disabilities. Additionally, I communicated with parents and guardians about student progress and collaborated with my co teacher to identify areas where students may need additional support or resources.   As the Principal of the Imperial School, I have had the privilege of working with a team of dedicated educators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for our students. Over the years, we have grown in size and expanded our programs to meet the changing needs of our community.When the pandemic hit, our team rose to the challenge and quickly adapted to online learning, ensuring that our students continued to receive a quality education despite the challenges. We also implemented safety measures to protect the health and well-being of our students and staff.At the Imperial School, we believe that every child has a right to education, regardless of their background or circumstances.
