  Coordinator of muslim young women department

  Honestly, I never expected to be a department manager before. I have no idea why I was chosen otherwise. This was my very first time becoming a leader in the muslim women department. I had a very energetic and loyal fellow members in my department which was truly the blessing of my life. As being a coordinator, I was responsible for the direction of muslimah department. We really wanted this department to build its members as wonderful women who could lead and make a difference. And I believe that investing in women is the soul of muslimah department. I love to see my staff growing themselves and seeing how this department keeps shining. Becoming a muslimah was a truly blessing experience, in developing my personal character, leadership, and awareness. The pride of becoming was the current issue during my period. So, we created program from improving women's life skill in our department, discussion on women and its contemporary issues, spreading the spirit and love of women through flower creation and distribution during mothers day, until sharing our love with the students with visual problems from Yayasan Keluarga Tunanetra Islam which could hopefully lead to build the determination of muslimah as a mercy upon the earth.   I was included in the seven crystals, the seven chosen people who were assigned to design and create the foundation of KIRPAD as a legal organization in our high school. It was my first time experience to work in a team to create the organizational values, code of conduct, strategic planning, etc. After the organization was established systematically, I served as a staff at Dept of Media Information. I enjoyed working in this department since I had a great passion in writing communication and media. We published regular science and research bulletin to update news on research, common knowledge, and our research development.   I was an intern at Chemical Department. I worked on LAB project especially for the supply chain. I presented my recommendations for improvement in front of management and got positive feedback. It was a great experience to learn real international business.

  Literacy Outreach Initiative (Love Project ID) is a literacy movement for bridging the gaps in literacy among youth, children, and the disabled. Together with Nadia Fitriani, I initiated this social movement called Literacy Outreach Initiative (Love Project ID). I served as a general secretary in 2016-2017 who managed the internal team meetings, capacity building, and coordinate the establishment of a collaboration between Love Project ID and Yayasan Kesejahteraan Tunanetra Islam (a special school for students with visual impairment). We conducted mass audibook making with more than a hundred volunteers participating from across Indonesia. We also conducted regular visitation to do story telling with the children.
