  I was in charge of a team to develop new technologies for e-Health Government of Puebla, Mexico. To integrate the whole Public Healthcare Service of Puebla required a lot of effor. ITComplements was in charge of this integration. There, I was in charge to provide tools and services to make it easier to accomplish the Mexican laws requiring HL7 v3 data exchange, which is required by the norm NOM-024-SSA3-2012 for Electronic Health Records.I've worked also with the kind help of the Mexican Federal Health Secretary which were very helpful on the understanding of the federal norms.
