      I am responsible for the technical coordination of an operation team (15 members) which provides 2nd and 3rd level Mobile Device Management (MDM) support for more than 80k devices (iOS, Android, MacOS, Windows Desktop) by using Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Powered by AirWatch. In addition, I'm still responsible for engineering tasks and providing last level support. It means: - project planning - solution planning - design and build-up of the infrastructure - advanced level of troubleshooting - last level support- professional level of mobile device management- management of Windows (Windows Server 2012 R2)and Linux (RedHat 7.5) servers- writing of MSSQL related queries - environmental installations and upgrades Main project: switching VPN solution on ~60k devices from CISCO AnyConnect to VMware Tunnel.
