  I was part of an organisation that has 76 care homes across the UK; I was responsible for the planned and responsive maintenance across all the homes within Lincolnshire This involved undertaking regular condition surveys, specifying/scheduling and tendering work, and project managing work on site. I prepared CAD drawings as required and chaired pre-contract meetings and dealt with all variations throughout the contract periods. I was required to manage the county budget closely and demonstrate best value for money though robust tendering and procurement processes.
