      ⪧As an Event Organizer and Coordinator, I was a part of the team tasked with attracting new clients through events, events were coordinated using Agile-like methodologies. Events such as New Year, Easter, and Halloween, to name a few, included planning the lessons, ordering materials specific to the event, marketing before and after the event and outsourcing additional staff. Our events drove a 30% year-to-year increase in clientele.⪧Coordinated the development of soft skills (business communication) for ITER Organization Moscow (B2B). By analyzing their day-to-day correspondence, I was tasked to create and tailor-specific mind maps, charts and quick response sheets, as well as teaching particular grammar areas to their needs. As reported by the participants of the six-months long course, their response time in day-to-day correspondence was cut in half, increasing their productivity.⪧Preparing students of different ages for relocation to English-speaking countries such as Ireland, the USA and Sweden, and conducting English lessons for students aged 5-40 in groups and individually.
